I’m in the early stages of planning a construction project in Monroe, WA, and I'm currently exploring excavation contractors in the area. I recently came across CEI Excavating and their services seem to cover a lot of what I need site prep, grading, land clearing, utility trenching, and more.

Before I move forward, I’d love to get feedback from anyone who has worked with CEI Excavating or any other local contractor as they are considered best excavation contractor Monroe WA. Was the work completed on time and within budget? Did they handle permitting and inspections smoothly? I’m also wondering how important it is to choose a contractor who offers erosion control or demolition services alongside excavation.

How do most people here evaluate excavation contractors in terms of experience and equipment? Is there anything I should be cautious about before signing a contract?
