3. Purpose
This Agreement aims to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship concerning the disclosure of certain proprietary business property and confidential information ("Confidential Information").

4. Definition and Handling of Confidential Information
- 4.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which the Disclosing Party is engaged
- 4.2. Handling and Usage of Confidential Information:
- 4.2.1. Written Confidential Information shall be labeled or stamped as "Confidential" by the Disclosing Party.
