I’ve been dealing with this thing lately where I’m fine all morning, hit my training early afternoon, but then by 5 or 6pm I just crash. Like mentally done. Can’t focus, can’t get anything productive done, even eating feels like a chore.
I figured it was diet, maybe not enough carbs post-workout, but I tried adjusting that and nothing changed. A guy at my gym said it might be cortisol spiking too late, and suggested low-dose GH to help balance things out. I always thought GH was more about aesthetics, not mood or energy, but now I’m curious — anyone here tried it for stuff like this?
